Product Overview
The five-axis JT cryomanipulator provided by Fermi Instruments enables precise control of sample position and attitude, with the minimum temperature of the sample stage up to 1.8K. It is mainly composed of four parts: JT manipulator , temperature control system, XYZ-R1 stage and motor control system. The entire manipulator and XYZ-R1 stage are made of non-magnetic materials, which can be used in ultra-high vacuum. The sample stage can move in a wide range in the X, Y, and Z directions, also achieve rotational motion around the Z axis (R1). A gear drive mechanism was added to the head of the manipulator to achieve the function of flip rotation (R2) . Motor control software can interact with ScientaOmicron analysers to achieve automapping functionality.
