FERMI BL-1200s는 차동 챔버, 단색 챔버, 멀티 필터 컨버터 및 UHV 밸리 절연 포커싱 캐피럴리를 탑재한 특수 설계 고휘도 다중 가스 VUV 소스입니다. 다양한 기체 (He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe 등)로 작동할 수 있으며, 적은 광점출력과 가스압이 증가하지 않아야 하는 요건에 충족됩니다.
