Differentially Pumped Rotary Feedthrough
Differentially Pumped Rotary Feedthrough allows two flanges to rotate concentricly, which can be used as a modular component for constructing UHV multi-axis manipulators. It provides primary rotation for other components and achieve 360° continuous rotation. The feedthrough could be used for the applications including sample surface analysis (XPS, AES or SIMS), ion/neutral/atom scattering experiments, etc.

Hollow Shaft Magnetic Coupled Rotary Feedthrough
Hollow Shaft Magnetic Coupled Rotary Feedthrough has a rotatable internal hollow shaft, and each drive terminates with a CF flange at the rear enabling services such as electric, fluid or an extra motion to be passed through the drive. The rotary feedthrough is designed to carry heavy load on the hollow shaft.

Bellow Sealed Rotary Feedthrough
Bellow Sealed Rotary Feedthroughs are sealed with welded stainless steel bellows. A unique off-axis wobble design and the use of rotary shaft bearing support provide long life and smooth operation. Feedthroughs can be connected to other equipment through CF flange. Motorization option is available, and motor controls must be purchased separately. The feedthroughs are designed for high-precision applications such as Sample Manipulation.

Magnetic Coupled Rotary Feedthrough
Magnetic coupled rotary feedthrough provides basic rotation and UHV compatibility without the use of bellows. The scale is laser etched on the outer magnetic sleeve in 5° increments. The product offers a practical and economical solution for rotary motion in most vacuum applications, such as viewport shutter, sample parking stage, and so on.
