Product Overview

The 4-axis Helium-free Cryogenic Manipulator provided by Fermi Instruments can realize precise control of sample position and angle. It is mainly composed of four parts: cryomanipulator, temperature control system, XYZ-R1 stage and motor control system. The entire manipulator and the XYZ-R1 stage are made of non-magnetic materials and can be used under ultra-high vacuum. 4-axis means that the sample stage can be moved in the X, Y, and Z directions, and can realize polar rotation R1 (around Z axis). The movement of X/Y/Z/R1 are realized by the XYZ-R1 stage.
